October Industry Outlook

As we are officially full force into fall, the winter months are approaching rapidly. October should be treated as a transition month. We should be focusing on finishing weather sensitive jobs, locking in winter jobs and projects, and get the 2027 pipeline lined out and moving. New home construction is "slowing" but that doesn't mean "there is no work". The market is still busy, but consumers are being more selective with their options and how they invest in thier futures. The housing market is relatively stable, while affordability remains as the major constraint. What do we do to navigate through this and overcome some of these obstacles? We start looking at other avenues and bigger pictures to create these homes and spaces for the next wave that will come. October is a great time to start planning and securing business in November - February. Fall is also a great time for projects and to remodel adding new siding or decking to your living space. We offer a comprehensive product portfolio and are always excited to help with your project solutions!
